Users earn their screen time by completing a 10–30 second cognitive challenge before any blocked app opens. The app gamifies focus: users earn XP, level up, and track their progress. User selects apps to block (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) 2. When they try to open a blocked app, Hopopop intercepts and shows a challenge 3. Challenge types: mental math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, percentages) or trivia (10+ categories including History, Science, Film, Music, Sport) 4. Upon success: the app unlocks for a user-chosen duration, and the user earns XP 5.
