1. Who we are

2. Data we collect
No account is required to use the Hopopop app. However, we collect the following data depending on how you interact with us:
- Waitlist email address — if you submit your email on the website to join our pre-launch waitlist, we store that address in our database (Supabase, EU). This is the only directly identifiable personal data we collect. Legal basis: your explicit consent at the time of submission. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing rayan.kheloufi@r-square.fr. Retention: until the app launches and you are notified, or until you request deletion.
- Anonymous usage data — aggregate, non-identifiable statistics about feature usage, stored on Supabase servers located in the EU.
- Advertising identifiers — your device's IDFA (iOS) or GAID (Android) may be processed by our attribution partner (AppsFlyer or Adjust) to measure install campaign performance. You can opt out via your device's privacy settings ("Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS, "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).
- Subscription data — your in-app purchase status is managed by RevenueCat using your App Store or Google Play transaction ID. We do not store payment card details.

- To measure marketing effectiveness (attribution)
- To manage your subscription and trial status

5. Data transfers
All data processed by Hopopop directly is stored within the European Union. Some third-party services may transfer data to the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
6. Data retention
- Attribution data: 90 days (AppsFlyer/Adjust standard retention)
- Anonymous analytics: retained for the duration of the service
- No personal data is retained after you delete the app
7. Your rights (GDPR)
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability

8. Age
Hopopop is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Since no account or personal information is required to use the app, no special handling is needed.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or this website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
