How does app blocking work?

On iOS, Hopopop uses Apple's native Screen Time API to block apps at the system level. On Android, it uses accessibility services. This is real system-level blocking — not a reminder, not a suggestion.

What happens if I can't answer the challenge?

You can skip after 3 attempts, but you won't earn any XP. The app will remain blocked for the current session.

Will Hopopop drain my battery?

No. Hopopop relies on native system integrations — there is no background VPN, no heavy background process running.

Can I choose which apps to block?

Yes, you control everything. You can add or remove any app, set daily time limits per app, and adjust the quiz difficulty independently for each app.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — Hopopop offers a 7-day full free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, the subscription is €4.99/month or €29.99/year.

Does Hopopop work on Android?

Yes! Hopopop is available on both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play).

How do I cancel my subscription?

How do I delete my data?

Hopopop does not require an account. If you have joined our waitlist, you may request deletion of your email address at any time by writing to rayan.kheloufi@r-square.fr. Uninstalling the app removes all local data from your device.

I found a bug — how do I report it?

Please email rayan.kheloufi@r-square.fr with a description of the issue, your device model, your OS version, and the steps to reproduce the problem. Screenshots are very helpful.
